A fingerprint of address, size, room count and price recognises the same flat across portals, and a language model fills in missing details such as balcony or fitted kitchen from the prose. On top sits a dashboard with search across every portal, application drafts and alerts as soon as a match fits the stored profile. A guest view shows the feed without signing in.
